Idle Client TimeOut Setting in NAV

By default, NAV has limited 20 minutes for user inactive after login, but this setting can be extended depend on how long we want it.

The setting for time out setting resides on Navision Administration Server.


To change the setting you need:
1. Run Navision Administration at Server.
2. Click on DynamicsNAV80
3. Change the setting as follow :

Let say, you change the setting for 30 minutes, the setting will be like this 00:30:00 , like in the screen below.


4. Save the setting
5. Restart the service to take effect.
