We can hide a tabs or a field or groups of fields on Navision menu using Config Mode from the NAVSRV ( NAV Server).
Let say you want to hide a Invoicing tab on Item Master Menu. The first thing to do is double click the icon Config Mode and log on as a super user.
On the top right corner on Navision menu, type Item. See the screen below.
Double click on one of item number to see the detail
Let say you want to hide tab Invoicing, so when user login and see Item master they will not see tab Invoicing.
How to to that ?
Click down arrow and select Customize --> Customize this page
Select Invoicing Tab by clicking it and click button Remove and click OK.
After click OK the tab Invocing will be dissappeared, see below screen.
