Designing Navision Menu using Customize Navigation Pane

In Navision we can a design a menu for certain Department with only menu that needed by that department. To do that, we must Log on into Navision from Config Mode in NAVSRV.

  Goto menu Profile, on the right top of navision search box type Profile, open menu Profile and then copy Purchasing Agent profile to PURCH-STAFF.

Exit the menu and then copy icon Config-Mode to Config-Mode PURCH-STAFF

and then edit target the icon PURCH-STAFF like this below

And then login to Config-Mode PURCH-STAFF

Let say, you want to create a menu for PROCUREMENT department.  Click button NEW and then type PROCUREMENT

Click on a menu eg Purchase Request List and then click button Copy To and then select copy to PROCUREMENT

After finishing copy all the menu to PROCUREMENT tree and then delete unnecessary menu on the right list box and then click OK.

Goto user personalization menu and assign the user profile that contains menu for PROCUREMENT

When this person login to Navision, the system will give him a PROCUREMENT menu
