How to check maximum users connected to NAV

Navision (NAV) has limited number of users connected to NAV at the same time based on number user of licenses you have. Let say, you have bought 20 users licenses and but you created 30 users on NAV. When 20 users connected to NAV server concurrently, and the 21 user tried to login, the system will pop up a message like this below

In order to see, who are concurrently login, you can check the list of user on NAV from the session list. The steps you have to do :

1. Login as Super user, because only Super user can view session list.
2, In the search box on the right top of the NAV Screen, type Session.
3. Click on the Session List
4. The system will prompt you for User Id and Password
5.  The NAV system will show you a list of user who are connecting right now.
