Assigning user to certain company in Navision

Navision allows It's users to entry data for multiple company. But how to set one user in order able to entry for eg. 2 companies ? To do so, for every permission that assigned to that user needs to select the company name. By default the company name is blank.  It means can access to all company.

How to copy data from one company to a new company in Navision

You can copy commonly used values from an existing company to a new one, as long as both companies are in the same database. For example, if you have a standard list of symptom codes that is common to all your service management implementations, you can copy the codes easily from one company to another.
