How to display filter data in NAV

Below is the way how to filter data in NAV.
Let say you want to display data Fixed Asset that is not blocked. Below is an example view of Fixed Asset data before one of the record is blocked.

Click on arrow on the right of Fixed Asset and then select Advanced Filter.

 

On the text NO click All and then select Blocked.

 So, the Where become Blocked = No ( select No )

To see the filter works, let try to blocked one record. Let say we blocked Conveyor Computer

Now, the Fixed Asset Data will become like this below.
